Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position Full Time Sales Agronomist (1 year term  Mat Leave) February 6, 2025  February 28, 2026 at our Agro Location in Kinistino, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Agro Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Provide Legendary Service through various touch points and communication channels
Sales of crop inputs, nutrition products and farm equipment through the development of customer and supplier relationships
Field scouting and the collection of soil samples
Make chemical and agronomic recommendations, showcase equipment and complete follow-up calls
Receive, distribute and load fertilizer and crop protection products
Maintain environmental compliance
Maintain inventory control, ordering and data reporting through in house programming
Adhere to all merchandising standards, marketing efforts including pricing, policy and procedure, equipment maintenance, house-keeping and loss prevention policies.
