We are looking for a Field Technology Coordinator (Precision Ag) to join our energetic organization to work from our Emerald Park SK office. Our Field Tech Coordinator delivers exceptional service by supporting the field team with weather stations, precision upgrades, T3RRA products, & providing customer quotes. Responsibilities
-Build/maintain positive working relationships focused on teamwork & exemplary customer service
-Adhere to data privacy policies
-Monitor calls/tickets to ExpertConnect, provide solutions
-Sell/install/repair & support weather stations
-Manage dept inventory
-Support precision upgrades
-Work with Agronomy team to gather field data
-Provide recommendations on action items/processes

Requirements
-Work flexible hours, including extensive travel, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
-Valid Class 5 Drivers License
-Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
-2+ years experience in an agriculture related role
-Agronomy & technical repair background an asset
-Experience analyzing/interpreting data/reports
-Highschool diploma/equivalent
-Ability to use desktop/internet applications
