About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Continuing Care and Mental Health Services, eHealth Saskatchewan is looking for a confident, motivated, technically savvy, and results oriented individual with strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills for the position of Senior Business Analyst.

The Continuing Care and Mental Health Services team focuses on the continuous improvement of the technology and related processes that support Long Term Care, Home Care, and Mental Health and Addictions services in the province. The Senior Business Analyst acts as a change agent that provides a lead role in business improvement activities to ensure client expectations, requirements, and government priorities are met.  With patients and the public at the forefront, you will be responsible for providing collaboration and consulting services to interdepartmental teams as well as working with internal and external health system stakeholders to ensure the services provided align with business requirements. You will be expected to facilitate development of plans, roadmaps and business cases, chair working groups, and oversee, lead and report on the progress of multiple projects and initiatives within the Continuing Care and Mental Health space.

Typical Daily Duties:
Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing in support of project initiatives and ongoing change and release management.
Lead and manage changes to business processes and IT solutions.
Gather and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
Prioritize issues and manage your areas workload.
