Leading Manufacturing Group is seeking skilled and motivated Laborers and Sandblasters to join our dynamic team Battleford, SK. The successful candidates will play a critical role in producing high-quality painted and coated products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and excellence of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
    Perform labour and sandblast duties using appropriate techniques and equipment .
    Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and comply with industry standards.
    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
    Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Employment Details
    Schedule: Shift work Monday to Thursday 5:30 PM  6:00 AM ( with occasional overtime)
    100% employer-paid benefits after completing a 3-month probationary period.
