Job Description:
As a Remarketing Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for administering documents related to the transportation of equipment and inventory to and from our auction locations. You will be required to enter related information into our auction software database. While auction experience is not necessary, it is considered an asset. We provide hands-on training to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) with ability to type 35 wpm.
Proficient computer knowledge with a strong understanding of Microsoft programs and Adobe.
Ability to follow processes and procedures that come with each type of task while working both independently as well as with a team in a fast paced environment.
Display strong customer service skills when dealing with customers, clients, and service providers over the telephone.
Proficient prioritizing, problem solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Self-motivated and ambitious with a willingness to learn, and the ability to do so in a professional manner.
Strong attention to detail as well as maintaining confidentiality.

Knowledge of construction equipment, farm equipment and vehicles is strong asset.
Salary and Benefits:
Full-time: Monday Friday 8 am to 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch break (40 hours/week)
Hourly: $17 - $22 per hour with opportunity for wage growth after probationary period and annual reviews
Overtime: Potential overtime if warranted as business demands
