The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General's Justice Services and Tribunals Division is seeking a Legal Executive Director, Justice Services, to work collaboratively to support delivery of essential Justice programs and services. Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Attorney General (ADAG) and working as part of the Division management team, the Legal Executive Director will lead and support complex projects to advance the delivery of justice services in the Division and in government.
Our ideal candidate will have public sector experience with proven leadership skills and a demonstrated track record for achieving results. They must also be a member, or eligible to become a member, of the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
Typically, the knowledge, skills and experience required for this position would be acquired through:
- Juris Doctor or LLB degree;
- Knowledge of public policy and government processes, procedures, and protocols;
- Experience in successfully leading large-scale strategic initiatives, managing change, and achieving positive results; and
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, other governments, or colleagues in other organizations to advance priority files.
