The Position:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the primary role is senior administrative support to the CEO, the CPA SK Board and Board committees in their activities. The Executive Assistant is responsible for the efficient coordination of the activities of the CEO and the Board. This role includes:
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, CPA SK Board, and Board committees including managing logistics, preparing agendas, meeting packages and minutes.
- Coordinating with other provincial CPA bodies and CPA Canada in support of the CEO, CPA SK Board Chair and Vice Chairs national and western regional activities.
- Providing support to the CEO in managing activities of the Executive office, including coordination and administration of communications from the Executive office.
The Executive Assistant also provides senior administrative support for the management of the CPA Saskatchewan office.
The Candidate:
The candidate should have a minimum of seven years administrative experience in a professional or business environment and either a university degree or relevant diploma.
