The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Organizing and assisting meetings, arranging travel and accommodations;
Photocopy/prepare relevant materials and update binders;
Answer/redirect all in-coming calls;
Update work plan as activities are completed
Receive/distribute in-coming/out-going correspondence;
Clerical duties including: taking meeting minutes, faxing, filing and office management;
Tracking supplies and maintenance of office equipment;
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Must have Grade 12 diploma;
A Certificate in Office Administration;
A combination of qualifications and experience may be considered;
Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook;
Research and computer skills;
Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License;
Must be able to provide a satisfactory Drivers Abstract and Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening
