Essential Qualifications:
    Respect in Sport.
    Sport management background
    Strong knowledge of hockey
    Junior, collegiate, or professional playing experience preferred
    Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    High emotional intelligence
Primary responsibilities
    Overall management of Hockey Operations
    Representing the Kinsmen Maulers at SMAAAHL meetings and, as necessary and in public or media events.
    Leading, evaluating, and providing directions for coaching and scouting staff.
    Assisting the board of directors in the hiring process for coaches and support staff.
    Assist in scouting, talent evaluation and recruiting of players.
    Jointly selecting the players for the team in conjunction with coaching and scouting staff.
    Scheduling of all practices/games.
    Act as a Liaison between player parents and Hockey Operations.
    Liaising between Hockey Operations and the Board of Directors.
    Assisting in organizing and execution of annual Spring and Fall Camps and associated player meetings.
    Organizing logistics for team travel, including booking hotel rooms and meals.
    Administration of all game day operations.
    Working with the board executive to prepare and execute the annual budget.
    Responsible for having knowledge of, and working within, the Saskatchewan Development Model.
    Foster a positive and respectful culture among the team.
