We seek a highly motivated, Experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Write detailed repair orders and communicate recommended services
Provide accurate estimates and explain repairs in a clear, professional manner
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty claims professionally
Promote additional services and maintenance plans
Ensure a smooth and efficient service workflow

Qualifications:
*Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an Automotive Service Writer or Advisor
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services
* Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales abilities
*Software: Experience with service management software is a plus, but it can be trained.
*Customer Service: A friendly, professional demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction
*Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
