Description

The Rural Municipality of Aberdeen is now accepting applications for full time Seasonal Labourer/Equipment Operator.

Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record.  

Preference given to applicants that possess:

-Experience operating various pieces of equipment including graders, mowers, loaders, or backhoes.
-A Heavy Equipment Operators Certificate
-Mechanical skills
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team as well as independently
-Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Successful candidate will begin work in the spring, after snow has melted.

The position offers a full Health and Dental Benefits package and a Short-Term Disability Package after the 3-month probationary period, as well as Participation in the Municipal Employees Pension Plan.
