Successful candidates must be highly motivated individuals with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as work orders. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.

-Follow supervisor instructions
-Understand production scheduling

-Ensure equipment and tools being used are in good working order
-Follow and interpret drawings and blueprints
