Job Description: The Board Coordinator is directly accountable to the Executive Coordinator to the CEO of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and is responsible for ensuring that efficient administrative processes are in place to support and co-ordinate the functions of the governing body of the SHA. This includes the provision of administrative support to the Board of Directors of the SHA through accurate, timely and efficient execution of support. The Board Coordinator may also assist with the provision of administrative support for the other members of the CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and co-operative manner, with all members of the support team, including the CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team, to assist in accomplishing the provincial health authoritys objectives.

Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience:
- Minimum three years of experience directly supporting a Board of Directors
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant role
Education:
- Completion of Grade XII supplemented by a recognized business course
Licenses:
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
