Job Summary

Evoke Cabinets is growing and seeking a creative, detail-oriented designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various design disciplines and demonstrate proficiency in both traditional and digital design tools. This role requires a passion for innovation and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.

Duties

Greeting clients and general reception duties.
The occasional maintenance of the showroom
Meeting with clients to ascertain the intended functions and appearance of each space while suggesting appropriate materials and finishes.
Anticipating and informing clients of additional features which may be of use to them.
Creating a plan using Mozaik software of which details the layout and appearance of all selections for the clients and production team.
Observing prescribed building and safety regulations.
Processing purchase orders
Site Measures
Posting shop photos and completed projects to social media on final management approval.
Assisting in maintenance of the installation schedule
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly.

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Pay: Base salary, dependent on experience, plus commission.

Additional pay:  Commission pay

Experience in design: 2 years preferred
