Description

ALFA Engineering Ltd. is a well-established Regina-based Electrical Engineering Firm. We provide prime and sub-consulting services for commercial, institutional, educational, municipal, recreational, and light industrial construction projects. Most of our projects are located within the Province of Saskatchewan but are also authorized to work in Alberta and Manitoba.

We are currently seeking to add a Junior Architectural or Electrical Engineering Technologist to our team. The position will be office-based in our Regina, SK office.

Under the supervision of qualified designers, your duties will include:    
-    Conducting site investigations to determine existing system condition and composition.
-    Carrying out electrical system designs.
-    Preparing electrical tender documents.

Your qualifications include:
-    a diploma in Architectural Technologies or Electrical Engineering Technology from an Accredited Technical Institute recognized by Technology Professionals Saskatchewan.
-    Current registration or eligibility for registration with Technology Professionals Saskatchewan.
-    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word software and
-    Proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD software applications.

We are seeking individuals who:
-    Are self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-    Are well organized and can manage their time efficiently and effectively, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
-    Enjoy working with a diverse group of design, construction and administrative professionals interested in a team approach to design and construction.
-    Have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan drivers license. While this is preferred, it is not a requirement.
