The City of Weyburn Leisure Services Department is offering an exciting summer employment opportunity for one (1) student. The Mobile Play Park Facilitator/Paddling Pool Attendant is a key component to the Leisure Services Department. The Facilitator/Attendant supports in the smooth operation of the Mobile Play Park Program and the Young Fellows Paddling Pool as well as providing a safe and fun environment for patrons.

Responsibilities:
    Develop, plan and implement Mobile Play Park Programs and daily activities;
    Supervise all patrons utilizing the Young Fellows Paddling Pool;
    Administer First Aid, enforce safety policies as well as operating procedures;
    Maintain a positive attitude with public and staff to ensure a harmonious working relationship;
    Assist with pool maintenance and other program services when necessary;
    Administrative duties such as cash and concession management
    Report any unsafe condition(s) to the Leisure Services Manager;
    Provide weekly reports on activities and attendance; and
    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
    Students hired must be at least 16 years of age, enrolled as a student at a secondary or post-secondary school or institution;
    Hold a valid Class 5 Drivers License;
    Standard First Aid/CPR-C/AED certification.
Additional Information:
    Job Status  (1) Full time temporary seasonal (June 3  August 30, 2025)
    Salary  Salaries will commensurate as per the CUPE Local 90 Collective Agreement
