The City of Weyburn is offering an opportunity to work at City Hall as a Seasonal FT Finance Clerk. As we continue to grow and prosper as a community, we seek a motivated and innovative employee to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Serve as general receptionist for City Hall by answering phones, receive and direct front counter inquiries;
Assist in implementation of records management;
Accept and receipt; tax, utility and other revenue transactions;
Safeguards revenues by; attentively, accurately, and timely receipting of City operations transactions, reconciling cash and revenues received from other City Departments;
Manages and directs correspondence information by retrieving, sorting, opening, dating, processing and receipting mail and other documents received;
Assist with duties in the Finance Department;
Assist with duties of the City Clerk;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have computer software application knowledge with high keyboarding efficiency;
Must have computer software experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel;

Job Status Full time Temporary (Seasonal)
Term Approx. 16 weeks. Starting in May 2025
Wage Starting wage commensurate with CUPE Local 90 agreement.
