Mental Health and Addictions provider assists individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation process by teaching social, living and symptom management skills.
This position also works with prevention or early detection before any problematic issues of substance abuse occurs. As well as accessing a range of support and services they may need for healthy recovery.
To assist the person with a sense of hope and dignity while developing a capacity for recovery as people move to a more positive lifestyle.
Mental Health Addictions training and or experience.
Experience working with people to assist them with Addictions /Life-skills impacting the health of individuals and families.
Drivers license required.
Must provide a criminal record check along with vulnerable sector check.
References required with submission of resume.
