Position Overview:
Hatchet Lake Lodge is seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team in a multi-faceted role. This position requires adaptability, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.    Provide professional and friendly waitress service in the dining area.
2.    Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest cabins, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining overall cabin tidiness.
3.    Clean and maintain the main lodge, ensuring it is always presentable for guests (e.g., dining area, lounge, and tackle shop).
4.    Prepare and serve beverages as a bartender while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
5.    Assist guests in the lodge store with purchases and inquiries
6.    Restock supplies and beverages in the bar and store as needed.
7.    Stock shore lunch and drink coolers for daily guest fishing trips.
8.    Restock groceries and supplies in the store.
9.    Interact with guests in a warm, approachable manner to ensure their needs are met.
10.    Support lodge operations by assisting in other areas when required.
