Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Operational Manager. Responsibilities include daily operations, safety, sales, and customer relations. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for operational excellence, team building, and developing strong customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee daily operations to ensure streamlined workflow and optimal productivity.
    Lead and mentor staff to maintain a high-performance team
    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    Monitor Key Performance Indicators
    Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Qualifications:
    Experience in Vegetation Management is an asset but not a necessity
    Proven experience in operations management and/or sales
    Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
    Can manage large projects
    Skills needed to be successful include:
o    Basic computer skills  Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, email and internet navigation
o    Technical and Software Skills  Customer Relations Management (CRM), familiarity with Abadata would be beneficial
