Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks
Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule inbound and outbound shipping appointments
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Provide customer service to clients and visitors
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
