Join our dynamic team at Family Pizza Yorkton, where we pride ourselves on delivering delicious pizzas and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 employees, including supervisors, kitchen helpers, delivery drivers, and front desk staff.
Ensure team follow food handling safety protocols and provide the best customer service.
Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service.

Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely stocking orders.
Contact various vendors to secure the best prices for store inventories.
Ensure all inventory is properly stored and accounted for.

Ensure compliance with insurance, Workers' Compensation Board (WCB), and all others.

Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media posts, flyers, radio ads, and community affiliations.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping for PST, GST, and payroll purposes.
Ensure timely payroll processing and manage HR services, including Employment Insurance (EI) and other employee benefits.
Contact external accountants, CRA, Service Canada, and provincial bodies to ensure all financial obligations are met.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Restaurant store manager experience
Paid time off
