Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pizza Store Supervisor to oversee our operations in accordance with Sask Health guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of food store/restaurant supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Pizza Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading shifts, managing staff, and ensuring a smooth and hygienic operation.

Responsibilities:

Safety and Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines and maintain a hygienic environment in compliance with Sask Health regulations.

Main duties: Lead shifts, assist in kitchen in busy hours, Create schedules, and make real-time adjustments to assign various roles, including kitchen helpers, pizza makers, and front desk attendants, based on workload and customer demand.
Open to work on Alternate shifts, day shift (10:30am - 6:30pm) and evening shift (3pm-11pm)

Work closely with staff to maintain excellent customer service standards, especially during busy periods. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle busy periods with a calm demeanor.
