Permanent position 30 - 40 hours per week at Albert & Parliament Primary Health Center located in the South end of Regina.
We are seeking a deeply ethical individual with strong front office customer service skills, as an additional member of our growing team to help us triage our phone systems. The chosen candidate will be under the direction & supervision of our HR & Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record System ACCURO EMR SK is an absolute asset
- Grade 12 diploma required
- 6 months to 2 years experience working in a medical office is an asset
- Proficient in computer use
- High organizational skills and a team player
- Ability to work independently
- Can multi-task and ability to manage time efficiently
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Able to handle high pressure and fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
-Rooming patients
- Reception duties which include answering calls, electronic scheduling, registration, voice mail & patient flow
-Referral Management
- Clerical works such as sorting and filing medical documents
- Process and record payments
- General medical office tasks
- Accuro task management
- Assist during appointments or chaperone physician as needed
