Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate and efficient use of time slots.
Coordinate with other departments to manage patient referrals and follow-up appointments.
Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Continuously update patient information.
Prepare exam rooms.
Minor lab duties.
Monitor and manage office and medical supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient flow.
Assist Physicians as needed.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic office software is considered an asset.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work as a team
Adaptability, kindness and a positive attitude are a must.
On the job training will be provided.
