Confirm tee times and ensure timely starts.
Monitor pace of play and address slow play professionally.
Enforce course rules and etiquette.
Cart & Equipment Management
Maintain, clean, and inspect golf carts and rental equipment.
Ensure carts are stocked and properly stored.
Operational & Facility Support
Assist with tournament setup, signage, and cart staging.
Maintain driving range organization and cleanliness.
Keep course areas, trash bins, and paths clean.
Prepare for inclement weather and secure equipment.
Safety & Teamwork
Respond to emergencies and report hazards.
Conduct safety checks on carts and equipment.
Collaborate with staff and report issues to management.
Additional Support
Assist with locker room services and guest amenities.
Provide occasional merchandising support in the Golf Shop.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent customer service and communication.
Strong work ethic, polite, and team-oriented.
Physical stamina (lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for long periods).
Attention to detail in equipment maintenance.
Familiarity with golf preferred; valid drivers license required.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
