Join Our Team as a Full-Time Receptionist at Klean King!

Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented person? Were looking for someone like you to join our team as a full-time receptionist! If you have experience in customer service, are eager to learn about the HVAC and Mechanical industry, and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

-Answer calls, emails, and messages across multiple platforms, providing top-notch customer service.
-Book appointments and manage client scheduling in our system.
-Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met.
-Process payments and help clients with product sales.
-Help maintain client records and keep office paperwork organized.
-Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
-Reconcile accounts, track outstanding payments, and follow up on invoices.
-Assist with payroll processing and financial reporting as needed.
-Occasionally assist with social media engagement and posts.

What Were Looking For:

-Experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is ideal (HVAC or construction knowledge is a bonus!).
-Strong communication skills (phone, email, text, and social media).
-Ability to stay organized, manage time efficiently, and multitask.
-Familiarity with bookkeeping software or willingness to learn.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
-A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
-Willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Our Ideal Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM  4PM.
