Job Summary:
We are a new Moroccan Hammam Spa, seeking a Spa & Wellness Manager, who will oversee the daily operations of a traditional Moroccan Hammam spa, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of Moroccan wellness practices, including traditional bathing rituals, massage therapies, and skincare treatments. The manager will be responsible for staff training, spa marketing, inventory management, and maintaining a serene and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1: Operational Management:- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard.
  - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all spa services.
  - Monitor spa inventory and manage ordering of products and supplies.
2: Staff Management:- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.
  - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
3: Customer Service Excellence:- Ensure all guests receive personalized attention and exemplary service.
  - Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
  - Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and special promotions.
-4: Financial Management: - Prepare and manage the spa budget, tracking revenue and expenses.
  - Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.
5: Marketing and Promotion:- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and packages.
  - Organize events and workshops to attract new clients and enhance guest experience.
  - Maintain an active presence on social media and spa-related platforms.
6: Compliance and Safety: - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  - Regularly review and update spa policies and procedures.
