Description

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, highly organized and adept at managing staff and resources to ensure the success and safety of our programs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience working with children in a supervisory or leadership role, strong knowledge of child development principles, educational theories and best practices in program planning and implementation, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
