1. Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests' needs
2. Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required
3. Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
4. Schedule special services when guests inquire
5. Refer guests to local amenities and venues
6. Communicate guests' requests and complaints to the appropriate department
