Duties include:

Showing up on time
Grow and train the sales team
Professionally dressed
Determined to work longer hours if needed
Selling cars, generating new leads and leading the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Building strong customer relationships, meet monthly sales targets, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales and financing process.
Conduct test drives with potential buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Evaluate customers' credit applications and financial
Work with banks and customers through the financing process
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

$5,000 Base salary plus bonus
A Class 5 Driver's license is a must.
