1.Handle daily customer transactions providing excellent customer service that promotes the business and the brand in the community
2.Order, price and display merchandise as required.
3.Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by upper management
4.Provide pump island and sales area product and service to customers in a courteous, efficient manner and within approved programs, policies and procedures
5.Resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner
6.Ensure that the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept
7.Train and supervise new employees
8.Other duties required by Manager
Qualifications:
1. At least one year of supervisory experience related in sales
2. Completion of post-secondary school education
3. Strong math skills and basic computer skills
4. Be available to work varied shifts and hours
