Are you passionate about doing meaningful work? Do you care about water as one of our most important resources? The Water Security Agency is seeking a Manager, Financial Operations to join the Finance team.

Reporting to the Director, Financial Services, an employee in this position will manage a team of Financial Accountants to execute all day-to-day accounting operations; is responsible for internal controls and financial management policies and manages all financial reporting requirements including financial statements, forecasts to central agencies, and audit.

The position will assist and support the Director, Financial Services in developing budgets and management controls and business lines in understanding and managing financial operations.

You will also be responsible to:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, collaborate with and provide expertise and guidance to leadership.
- Prepare the annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage the Financial Operations unit to ensure services are provided efficiently, effectively and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee unit budgeting and forecasting of salary and benefits.
- Review contracts and agreements for organizational and budget implications and other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree with CPA designation, and 5 years of progressively responsible, directly related experience.
