Description

Position:     Administrative Manager (NOC 10019)
Employer:     Dinh Holdings Inc.
Location:    Shellbrook Motel  111 Service Road West, Shellbrook, SK S0J 2E0
    Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Wage:    $44.50 per hour (30 hours per week)
Type:     Permanent
Starting:    As soon as possible

OVERVIEW:
Language:    English
Education:    Masters degree.
Experience:    At least two years of work experience at the management level. Candidate must have experience in the hospitality field and business management.
Work setting:    Motel facility, hospitality industry, personal service industry; Willing to relocate; Rural area

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
    Co-ordinate administrative services in personnel management and payroll
    Assist in preparing annual budgets
    Communicate and handle business with the bank
    Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
    Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
    Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
    Interview, hire and provide training for staff
    Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
    Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
    Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
    Organize and maintain inventory
    Supervise 5 to 10 people

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATION:
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence or able to obtain a valid Saskatchewan drives licence immediately.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large caseload, Large workload
