Reporting to the Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor, your role will encompass both field and workshop maintenance tasks for instrumentation devices, alongside aiding in the deployment and operational support of industrial automation and control systems across the Bethune mine. Your duties will extend to, but are not limited to:
-Executing maintenance and service tasks for instrumentation as assigned.
-Upholding and actively contributing to the enhancement of KSPC Electrical Safe Work Practices and Procedures.
-Implementing safety protocols to significantly reduce risks to team members within your work domain.
-Offering technical advice and support on instrumentation issues.
-Delivering comprehensive reports on preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
-Mentoring on the creation and refinement of work instructions (WIs) to ensure they are precise and current.

-Certification as a Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician.
-3+ years of experience performing maintenance in an industrial facility.
-Instrumentation Technologist Diploma would be considered an asset.
-Familiarity with ABB 800xa Control System & Profibus communication protocol would be considered an asset.
-Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

The position is based at our Bethune mine location.
