Description

Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician at our Hillcrest Pharmacy located at 7A Thatcher Drive East in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.  

What you'll do:
Provide safe, courteous, efficient, and customer-focused service in the Pharmacy.
As a brand ambassador, you will model living the brand everyday through our guiding statements and our values of excellence, trustworthy, community and people first.
Consistently provide information, assistance, and outstanding service to all customers to build and maintain relationships.  
Assist in filling prescriptions under Pharmacist supervision.
Be aware of and abide by all regulations and policies regarding control, safekeeping, and sale of drugs, return and/or disposal of outdated dispensary stock.
Assist with inventory movement, ordering prescription and over the counter products.
Remain diligently alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You have a Pharmacy Technician Certification from a recognized institution
You have a demonstrated ability to manage a new prescription from intake to the Pharmacists sign off
You have previous related pharmacy and/or pharmacy automation systems experience (asset)
You are capable of demonstrating worksite mobility, including lifting up to 50lbs
You are able to work effectively with the public
You are available to work weekdays as well as weekends
