Description

As Senior Property Administrator you will be an integral member of the team delivering excellent customer service to commercial/retail tenants, as well as assisting a skilled team of accounting, administration, marketing, operations and maintenance professionals.    

This position is based in Regina with our Client, a highly regarded real estate management firm who will offer you training, challenge and growth plus an attractive remuneration package, incentive pay and more!

Responsibilities include:
- Build positive tenant relationships and coordinate activities on behalf of the organization related to management and rental of commercial buildings and other property portfolios.
- Ensure a smooth operation and management of properties.  Collaborate and support the team in administering leasing activities, risk management, A/R, A/P and property data.  
- Compile budget information, quarterly reports and analyze/issue variance reports.  
- Assess and ensure the accuracy of property tax assessments.  Oversee property tax appeals and maintain area certificates.  
- Review lease agreements and summarize to ensure obligations and terms are accurately reflected in the system.  

You will bring:
- Related education in business administration, bookkeeping/accounting.  A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with accounting functions, financial statements and budgeting.  
- Experience with commercial real estate contracts, lease administration and related legal terms.  
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Enterprise Management systems.  
- Positive, motivated administrative leader with above average organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.  
- Skilled in prioritization, meeting deadlines, problem solving, negotiation and report writing.
