Reporting directly to the Directors of Administration, Protection, and Prevention, the Executive Assistant is responsible for filing, clerical and daily administrative operations for the Directors. This position will also arrange and maintain Itineraries, travel schedules, files, arrange, coordinate, and prepare materials for the monthly Directors meetings and record minutes. Attend all staff meetings as required, meetings/training sessions/workshops as directed by the Directors. Adhere to all YTCCFS Inc. policy manuals.
Grade 12 with twenty-four (24)months office experience OR Certificate of Office Administration with 18 months experience OR Diploma in Office Administration. Must have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and database computer programs.
Knowledge of the Nakoda, Dakota, Nehiyew and Anishinabek Culture and the political and social objectives of the YTL-YTCCFS Inc. member First Nations. Demonstrated analytical and planning skills. excellent written and oral, communication and organizational skills. Maintain the itineraries of the Directors, maintain an accurate and efficient filing system. Take minutes of meetings as required Set up telephone conference calls and virtual meeting platforms as required Must be willing to work evenings and weekends and willing to travel.
Must be able to pass security screening, sign an Oath of Confidentiality and a Non- Disclosure agreement.
