Job Description: Real Estate Assistant
Location: Yorkton/Langenburg/Esterhazy Area (Local candidates only)
Type: Part-time (25 hours/week), daytime hours preferred
Work Environment: Remote with occasional in-person tasks
Role Overview:
Seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Assistant to handle client management, marketing, CRM software, and administrative tasks. Ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
Conduct property research and prepare reports
Create marketing campaigns (social media, emails, ads)
Produce and edit videos for listings and promotions
Maintain CRM software and utilize AI tools
Perform occasional in-person tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in administration or public relations
Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and CRM software
Basic video production/editing skills
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Local to Yorkton & Area
Preferred:
Real estate experience
Familiarity with AI technology
