Brodsky Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy-Duty Mechanic with experience in major component overhaul to assist in the maintenance of our earthmoving equipment fleet. Wage will depend on experience.

Job Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining our earth moving equipment fleet
-Overhaul engines, transmissions, differentials, hydraulic pumps and valve bodies
-Diagnose and repair earth moving equipment such as excavators, rock trucks, dozers, graders, etc.
-Keep up to date with maintenance and lube requirements
-Keep detailed repair and maintenance records on a company application
-Primarily based out of shop in Saskatoon with the occasional trip to site to diagnose or repair

Requirements:
-Journeyman preferred or 3rd/4thyear apprentice
-Experience overhauling and repairing major components
-Motivated to excel
-Self-starter
-Strong organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Valid drivers licence
-Team centered attitude
-Experience with CAT ET and SIS software an asset

Job Type:
-Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours:
50 per week

Experience:
-Mechanical: 3 years (preferred)
-Red seal Journeyman's certification
