Description

KPCL is looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance leadership team at our Clavet, Saskatchewan facility. In this role, you will be required to travel to remote project sites throughout Western Canada to support project-based maintenance teams. Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will lead and mentor maintenance staff across all operations.

What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years post-Journeyperson experience or Red Seal Accreditation, prior experience in a related discipline such as servicing, fuel/ lube technician may be considered
Experience developing work scopes and schedules for equipment to be repaired, scheduling and monitoring maintenance team throughout completion
Proficiency in working with large haul trucks, dozers, graders, excavators, and scrapers; previous experience with heavy trucks and trailers (safety certification for trailers is an asset)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, experience with CAT SIS is an asset
Proficient in reading electrical and hydraulic schematics
Ability to work with minimal supervision while demonstrating professional work behaviors
Commitment to continuous learning and skill development
Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office 365
Ability to improvise and adapt to the evolving needs of the project location
