Young's Equipment Inc., Southern Saskatchewan's largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealer is looking for a Information Technology Support Specialist to join our Regina team. We focus on delivering exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. Well-established and family owned, Youngs Equipment is continuously growing.

The Role You Will Play:

-Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware;
-Document all work via the internal ticketing system and respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
-Provide technical support across the company via phone, email, remote login and/or site as needed;  
-Repair and replace equipment as necessary;
-Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the company;
-Maintain and implement procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization;
-Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues;
-Actively monitor networks and systems for cyber incidents and threats;
-Respond to after-hours system problem calls; during seeding and harvest a 2-week rotation.

Background Profile:

-Post-secondary education in Information Technology and/or Computer Science would be considered an asset;
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience;
- Proficiency in all aspects of computer hardware and software deployment, maintenance, diagnostics and repair.
