Description

The RM of Paddockwood is seeking a permanent fulltime Grader/Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team, year round.
In this role, you will:
    Operate and maintain various pieces of heavy equipment, including grader and skid steer.  
    Conduct regular preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
    Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
To be successful, you will:
    Have experience in grading, road construction, and heavy equipment operation (for the right applicant additional training may be provided.)
    Hold a valid driver's license (5G endorsement preferred).
    Be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
    Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
