JOB SUMMARY:            

To ensure that customer service is delivered at the highest possible level by ensuring that functions run smoothly and that Hotel Standards are met.  To ensure that Banquet Rooms are run efficiently and that beverage service is delivered in a professional and accurate manner.

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS

Making & serving alcoholic beverages  
Maintaining a clean bar area
Stocking and rotating inventory
Cutting and preparing garnishes
Cash out and deposits
Serve it right certificate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Hardworking, reliable and punctual
Team player
A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills
Must be flexible with scheduling
Weekends and evenings a must
Have ability to multi task
Cash handling skills
Calm under pressure
