Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cabinet Sprayer & Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in cabinet finishing, spraying, and sanding. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing cabinet parts in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding and filling imperfections
Apply different types of spray stains and lacquers to cabinet parts
Use spray guns to apply finishes
Ensure that finished products meet quality standards
Maintain and clean spray equipment and other tools
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in custom cabinetry or high-end finishes
Strong knowledge of different types of spray stains, lacquers, and finishes
Knowledge of pre-catalyzed and post-catalyzed lacquer
Ability to read and interpret technical data and specifications
Familiarity with spray guns and equipment
Knowledge of color matching and finish consistency
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 30 lbs)
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
