P.R. Hotels Group, in the business of developing and managing hotels, has an opening for a position at its head office in Saskatoon for:
Accounting Clerk / Admin Assist
Accounting duties include:
Accounts payable, including processing and payment of invoices, communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders
Accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection of payments
Administrative duties include:
Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
Preparing expense reports
Maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
The skills and attributes required for the position include:
Accounting or Office Administration diploma / certificate
Relevant job experience
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Strong organizational and communications skills
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
