MLNUHC is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional administrative support to various departments.
Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail while maintaining accurate records.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure an efficient work environment.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and management.
Provide administrative support to the manager and other departments as needed.
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Completion of a vulnerable sector check is required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Class 5 Drivers License
