POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:  
Motivated by Gods love, The Salvation Army CRS is dedicated to nurturing a safe, compassionate, healthy and respectful community.  Bethany Home is dedicated to providing a safe, stable, and positive residential setting for female youth in crisis, regardless of cultural and religious diversity. The Mental and addictions counsellor is responsible for assisting the client in their recovery process by providing information, support and insight through individual treatment planning, counselling and monitoring the clients progress towards mutually determined goals.
