Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing business and generating new business by demonstrating strong leadership, fostering teamwork and long-term relationships, and utilizing financial/operational management skills to drive market share and profitability.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and coach a team of people in the parts department.
- Build relationships with customers by providing helpful and friendly service.
- Manage product inventories and displays in order to maximize sales/minimize lost sales.
- Research and identify parts solutions for customers - Problem Solving
- Build and execute sales plans and marketing campaigns to grow sales.
- Collaborate with all departments in the dealership to meet customer/employee needs.
- Work in all areas of the parts department as required - counter sales, shipping/receiving, warehouse etc.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven Leadership Experience - 1-3 Years experience leading a team
- Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
- Strong business/financial understanding with negotiation experience
- Outgoing personality/customer service experience/background  (1-3 Years Minimum)
- Effective working in a team/collaborative atmosphere.
- Highly organized and works well under pressure
- Thrives on a high-paced environment with multiple projects happening simultaneously.
- Able to lift boxes and parts up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong understanding and experience with POS software systems
- Willing/eager to learn
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to operate forklifts (training provided)
- Background/Strong understanding of Agriculture Industry
- Mechanically inclined
