Description

Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute marketing and branding strategies that align with our corporate goals. You'll oversee internal and external brand management, media campaigns, digital presence, corporate sponsorships, and community initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader adept at collaboration, analytics, and creativity to drive our marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
-Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for traditional and digital platforms.
-Campaign Management: Lead initiatives across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, print, radio, and more.
-Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data tools to measure ROI, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness, delivering actionable insights.
-Brand Oversight: Manage visual identity across all materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
-Community Engagement: Oversee corporate sponsorships, charity initiatives, and volunteer programs
-Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and optimize the annual marketing budget.
-Event Coordination: Corporate and customer events, tradeshows, community involvement, and initiatives that align with strategic goals.
-Team Collaboration: Partner with various teams and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
-This position is responsible for directly managing our in-house graphic designer.
Education + Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-5+ years of marketing and communications experience, including project management.
-Strong written communication skills for professional documentation and presentations.
Knowledge, Skills + Abilities
-Proficiency with design
-Experience with website management
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta)
-Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools.
-Master Excel and Google Sheets
